Ms. Beckett welcomed the School Council participants and thanked them for joining the meeting.
Each attendee introduced themselves and provided their interest in the School Council. Ms. Beckett showed the video below which lasted 16 minutes and 15 seconds. Following the video, the school council elections were held. The elected officials from the school council elections are listed below. Mrs. Graves made an announcement about the SES Title I Meeting held on October 22, 2020 at 6 pm. Mrs. Coachman made an announcement about the Learning Coach Academy that will be held on November 12, 2020 from 5-7 pm. Ms. Beckett showed the School Council 20-21 OneNote Notebook. The School Council Notebook contains: The meeting agendas, minutes, attendee list, Title I Budget, School Improvement Plan, School Council Members contact, and Topics for Discussion. Mr. Ahmad suggested each council member upload their contact information. Ms. Beckett asked members to review the Title I budget and School Improvement Plan prior to our next meeting. The council decided to meet during the following months: October, November, December and May.
